Communities are designed to foster engagement, discussions, and collaboration among your members. It offers Groups and Channels, making it easy to organize content and access by themes (your programs, interests, etc.)

Name says it all. Have Public Groups anyone can join. Create Private Groups you attach a subscription to. Or even create secret groups (via private groups) and only invite certain VIPs in there. It’s up to you.
Create as many Groups as you need.
In each Group you can create multiple topic channels (i.e. Announcements, Suport, QAs, Random Chat, Networking, Job Postings, etc.)
They act like ‘categories’ inside groups for better organization and filtering retrieval of relevant posts.
All the goodies you’d expect from the groups you’re currently using. With @Mentions you tag someone and they get notified directly. You can Pin your post inside Channel so it always stays on top of other posts. Members can Like a post & comment on it. You can attach fast links into group, send invites (direct account creation and approval). Members can report a post that you can review. There are “entry” Membership Questions, etc.
Gamifying your group makes participating inside a group more fun & engaging. Different levels & point-earning creates a progression system that encourages members to produce quality content, collect points & interact with other members better & more frequently.
There’s also Leaderboard where members can compare how they stack with other members, how far they are from the next level, etc. Members also get Level ‘badges’ attached to their avatar.
You can also attach rewards to certain levels for even more incentivized experience (zoom call with you, )

All levels can be renamed.
Currently, uplevel1 does not support the ability to run or schedule live streams directly within the community feature. We recommend using third-party platforms for live streaming and then sharing the link or embedding the stream within your community if possible.

Yes to an extent.
As of now, the community feature resides within your customers' Client Portal in uplevel1, and it cannot be customized freely like Websites or Funnels. We do however offer 3 themes and ‘soft customizations’ via images, brand colors, etc.

We know you likely have your Community set up somewhere else already (Skool, Facebook Groups, etc.)
With time there could be lots of content and members. Uplevel1 Team will jump into your current setup and check if all can be migrated. Then help you migrate all to uplevel1 when you greenlight the process.
Note that the migrating community is a bit more involved than other parts of the system, because members have to ‘willingly’ by themselves enter the new community. So it’s not like we can simply export/import them to uplevel1.
But we have few strategies on how to do that and will assist you in migration 100%.
uplevel1 ‘Trial Experience’ is remarkably different from what you’re used to.
