Yes! We train all new hires on our methodologies and solutions to set them up for success. You'll receive hands-on mentorship and learn directly on the job, with supervision and guidance to ensure you thrive in your role.
We don’t mind where you’re based—your time zone is not a concern. We set weekly targets and trust our team to deliver results. Communication is mostly asynchronous, with occasional short regroup meetings to stay aligned.
This depends on the position. Some roles are full-time, while others can be part-time to fit your schedule and our needs.
